  • How Are Your Supplements Personalized for Me?

    We create a bespoke formulation based on the information you tell us in your 1-1 consultation, to target specific areas your looking to improve.

  • What Ingredients Do You Use in Your Supplements?

    We use a wide range, hit the link and go through to our ingredients page. We may add onto the current list in the future to help optimise our bespoke formulations.

  • How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

    Typically, 48 hours. We dispatch the following day after an order is placed using a 24 hour delivery service.

  • Can I Choose Between Powder or Capsules?

    Yes, we offer the choice upon checkout as it’s really up to you, we don’t use any preservatives or artificial flavouring so vegan capsules offer an easy method to consume, however if you want to go completely raw we will provide a scoop with your feeding rates written on both your bespoke label and on the website in your order history. We recommend masking the powder in a smoothie or juice drink, as our supplements are created for results, not for taste. However capsules are an easy way around this.

Payment and Security

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    We are a subscription only company, meaning we only take payment through our secure direct debit banking system.

  • Is My Payment Information Secure?

    Yes, absolutely! We only use a secure direct debit banking system to process payments, ensuring your information is fully protected with industry-standard encryption. Your security is our priority.

  • Do You Offer Payment Plans for Subscriptions?

    Yes, we can alter the amount you pay for the month if you would like to decrease it.

  • What Happens If My Payment Fails?

    If your payment fails our system will automatically request the amount again after 1 week, if this payment also fails we will get in contact with you to offer a more flexible plan.

    Absolutely! We offer vegan-friendly options for all our bespoke supplements. You can choose vegan capsules or pure powders, and we ensure no animal-derived ingredients are used in your formulation.

  • Can I Take Your Supplements with Other Medications?

    Our supplements are natural, but we recommend consulting your doctor before combining them with medications, as everyone’s health needs are unique. During your 1:1 consultation, we’ll discuss your current medications to tailor a formulation that works safely for you.

  • Do Your Products Contain Allergens?

    We aim to keep our supplements free from common allergens like dairy, gluten, and nuts. However, ingredients vary based on your bespoke formulation. We’ll discuss any allergies during your consultation and ensure your blend is safe for you. Full ingredient lists are provided with every delivery.

Ordering and Subscription Questions

  • How Does the Subscription Process Work?

    After the consultation we create your bespoke formulation along with a monthly price, you then sign up to our secure direct debit provider. We deliver 3 months supply which you pay for monthly.

  • Can I Adjust My Supplement Formulation Over Time?

    You can make adjustments at any time. We will keep in touch with you after the 1st week, then week 3 to make sure you’re on the right track so we are building your file and learning together, as of course everyone is different. You can contact us at any time to ask any questions you may have!

  • How Do I Place an Order for a Custom Supplement?

    You sign up and go through our consultation using a contact method of your choice, we then create a custom formulation for you & you pay on a subscription method using our secure direct debit banking.

  • What Happens During the 1:1 Consultation?

    We’ll reach out via your preferred contact method to discuss your age, gender, and specific health concerns or general health goals. Whether you’re struggling with energy, joint health, or other issues, we’ll listen closely. Based on this, we create a bespoke formulation to target those areas, using a wide range of natural ingredients tailored just for you.

  • Can I Cancel or Pause My Subscription?

    Yes you can pause or cancel anytime, all we ask is you make sure your current payments are up to date for the product you’ve been supplied with before doing so. You pay for 3 months worth of product every month, so this will only be a maximum of 2 monthly payments.

Shipping and Delivery

  • What Are Your Shipping Options and Costs?

    We use 2 different couriers depending on where you are located, your shipping costs are free (Uk only) with your subscription so no extra costs!

  • How Can I Track My Supplement Delivery?

    You will have a tracking number on your dispatch email so you can track your delivery live, please contact us if you would ike us to do this for you.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    Yes we do, you will require the customer to cover the shipping costs in this instance however.
